Both Mr. Manzilla and Ms. Dibartolomeo are Macomb County Public Administrators. This is an appointed position with powers and duties primarily relating to the administration of the estates of deceased persons without wills and with no known heirs. In this position, they also take appointments from the Macomb County Probate Court to act as personal representatives in decedent estates where an impartial fiduciary is needed or where there are no known family members available or willing to serve. They were both appointed by the Michigan Attorney General in 2018.
