A 69-year-old St. Clair Shores man, Frank Prezzato, was sentenced to six months of delayed probation after pleading guilty to voting twice in Michigan’s August 2024 primary election. Prosecutors said he submitted an absentee ballot and also voted in person. If he successfully completes probation, the charge will be dismissed next year.
